Booking policies
Payment
All appointments require a deposit that is 30% of the service(s) booked. This deposit is non-refundable.
Guests
Guests may wait in the lobby outside the suite. No children allowed.
Late policy
There is a 10-minute grace period. Anything after will need to be rescheduled with a new deposit.
Cancellation
Please cancel or reschedule within 12 hours of your appointment. All no-shows will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked with the card on file.
